Fees for shipping and handling are on each individual item as per their weight.
All items shipped within the Continental USA and Canada are shipped via UPS Ground, and sent within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. The price will be shown as a handling fee on your statement at the end of your order.
Hawaii and Alaska is also shipped via UPS and will incur additional fees for shipping due to distance from the mainland. Please contact us directly for a price quote on the shipping fees for these areas.
All overseas/international shipments must be prearranged so that accurate shipping fees may apply. Some countries may restrict our product for shipment so arrangements must be made in advance to ensure proper documentation and permissions are arranged.

We have a general no refund policy. Refunds are given under the following conditions: If we receive a duplicate order. In that case, we do issue refund for the duplicate order, and fill the original. If customer receives a different product than requested, and has the original packaging, we will issue a call tag, and either replace the product or issue a refund. If customer wishes to cancel the order, and we receive that request within 24 hours of placement of the order, we will cancel and issue the refund.
